The 5-Mushroom Blend is produced naturally in Japan from raw mushrooms that are dried naturally and then powdered. They contain Maitake mushroom (23%), Shiitake mushroom (22%),Reishi mushroom (15 %), Agaricus blazei mushroom (20%), Yamabushitake mushroom (20%) and does not contain any preservatives, colouring, flavouring or additives.

Mushrooms are an excellent food source and it may be a good substitute for meat as it can provide the required nutrients as found in meat, essential for good health. It is therefore very useful to vegetarians.
